Great food, attentive service, amazing entertainment. Love the outdoor music on the patio.

3.5 so rounded up to 4. An old neighborhood favorite of many, they have happy hour specials I would like to come back and try to give them another chance. More reasonably priced than some other Italian restaurants in San Rafael, their pasta and sauces were ok and hit a spot, just not THE spot.

I went for brunch two Sundays ago with two friends and was surprised that not many people were there. The food was delicious as I got the French toast with mascarpone cream and berries. My friends and I also enjoyed an amazing drink with Prosecco, grapefruit soda and a splash of cranberry. Staff members were sweet and very accommodating. I will definitely return for dining alfresco, and go back for the brunch as well.

I would rate the restaurant excellent, but the last time I visited Arriverderci, I just slogged in from a pretty torrential rainfall. No offer of Coffee or Cocoa, or something warm was ever offered. Other than that, I think this restaurant is top-notch. The food, especially the Bruschetta appetizer, is superb. I adored my pasta dish and the prices were very fair--- except for one steak dish that I think was reserved for the Nouveau Riche (newly rich). It may have been a certain day or a holdover from Tax Day or something. I love the location. As strange as this sounds, it is very near a luxury car dealership I like to visit on occasion-- it has cars like the gull-winged MG used in one of the James Bond films. I haven't been to the main house, only to the Cafe location. I think it has a wonderful ambiance. To me, it does not have the right lighting for a romantic date, but one never knows,

I love going to Arrivederci. The restaurant is a hidden gem in San Rafael. The restaurant is well-appointed and spacious. It has a wonderful happy hour with choices of wine and spirits. I have eaten here several times with a group and with friends. The service is friendly and good. If the bar is full, they allow you to sit in other areas of the restaurant. There are a couple of different rooms, a small banquet room that seats about 15 or 20 and the outside patio is very nice, has a friendly setting, and has pergola awnings. The Lasagna is to die for and can easily be eaten for 2 meals. The pizza has generous sausage with added mushrooms and other ingredients. It worth the visit.

Live music on Tuesdays, jazz on Fridays. Decent size parking in front of their restaurant, ample street parking. The happy hour is super happy with bruschetta, meatballs, strong drinks, etc. Owner Ricardo and staff are gracious and friendly with attentive service. Never an empty glass. Perfect setting for wedding receptions, graduations, birthday celebrations, retirements, baby and bridal showers, etc. 'Til we meet again ~ grazie & see you on Yelp (SYOY)!
